Last updated: December 2024

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using QRunIO services, including the qqq framework, qRun platform, qBits, and qStudio (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Services.

2. Description of Services

QRunIO provides software development tools and platforms including:

  • qqq Framework: An open-source low-code application framework licensed under Apache 2.0
  • qRun: A managed hosting platform for qqq applications
  • qBits: Pre-built modules for enterprise functionality
  • qStudio: AI-powered development environment

3. Open Source License

The qqq framework is licensed under the Apache License 2.0. Your use of the open-source components is governed by that license. These Terms of Service apply to the qRun platform, premium qBits, qStudio, and any other paid services.

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Services for any illegal purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Services
  • Upload malicious code or content
  • Resell access to the Services without authorization

6. Payment Terms

For paid services, you agree to pay all applicable fees. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.

7. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of your data. We will not access your data except to provide the Services or as required by law.

8. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance with reasonable notice when possible. The qqq framework can be self-hosted for maximum control.

9. Intellectual Property

The QRunIO name, logo, and proprietary portions of the Services are our property. The qqq framework source code is available under Apache 2.0. Your applications and data remain your property.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, QRunIO shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services.

11. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your right to use paid Services ends. You may export your data before termination. Self-hosted qqq applications continue to function under the Apache 2.0 license.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or the Services. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
