Follow an operation through application logs

QQQ uses QLogger; the host logging configuration determines formatting, destinations, and levels. Do not assume every application emits JSON or has a correlation ID. Capture the first relevant exception and its cause, and correlate with the request or process that failed.

Enable additional logging only as needed and verify that it does not expose tokens, credentials, or record data. Search for repeated failures, slow operations, and startup configuration errors. Record the exact application version with incident evidence.
