Rollback Procedures

Restore a known application state without assuming data changes are reversible

Identify the prior immutable artifact and matching configuration. Determine whether the current schema and data are compatible with that artifact before reverting. Restore data only through the approved, tested recovery procedure.

After rollback, verify the running version, authentication, database read/write behavior, integrations, and scheduled work. Confirm that queued or retried operations will not duplicate side effects. Preserve the failed-release evidence for diagnosis.
