Monitor the running application and its dependencies

Track request latency/errors, JVM memory/CPU, database connections and query time, storage capacity, and scheduled-process failures. Configure probes against routes actually exposed by the application and test the failure behavior.

A /metrics endpoint and a Grafana dashboard are not automatic QQQ 4.0 contracts. Use the monitoring integration configured by your host application and verify its exported values. Alert on measured service objectives and dependency limits rather than copying universal thresholds.
