Diagnose the configured authentication provider and permissions
Identify the actual authentication provider and application configuration. For the sample OAuth2 setup, verify the base URL, client ID, secret, scopes, callback configuration, and provider response. Distinguish a failed login from an authenticated session that lacks permission.
Check the session and security-key mapping with synthetic users representing allowed and denied roles. Do not switch production to mock or anonymous authentication to work around a failure. Use the local sample mock option only with sample data; see Quickstart.
