Validate an exact QQQ 4.0 upgrade before production

Read the 4.0 migration checklist, select an exact published BOM version, and inspect the dependency graph. Preserve the existing application artifact and test database recovery before changing persistent data.

Run the full application checks, then test authenticated/denied access, CRUD, critical processes, scheduled work, API clients, and reports in staging. Deploy the reviewed artifact through the application release process and verify the actual running version. Record rollback criteria and post-deploy evidence.
